Nurse in Minnesota.  That stands for Behavioral Emergency Response Team.  He is also a life coach and a behavioral consultant for a non-profit.  We discuss the effects of COVID-19 on our healthcare provider population, what does a B.E.R.T. nurse do, what kind of de-escalation techniques are generally used, and more mental health topics that are relevant to our current societal issues.
